* I will
always try to follow my planned schedule but, because I care for
children of many different ages, their needs will always
take priority over anything else.*
6:00 - 7:30 Arrival (Choice of Activities. Puzzles,
playhouse, blocks, coloring, books, etc.)
7:00 - 8:00 Breakfast
8:00 - 8:30 Group Time (Calendar,
Weather, weekly theme, alphabet, number, language
& vocabulary skills, science experiments & creative-thinking
skills)
8:30 - 9:00 Movement & Music
9:00 - 9:30 Fine Motor Skills -
Matching & sorting colors and shapes, flannel board &
puppet stories, learning centers, table games, lego and block
building, play
dough, cooking projects etc.
9:30- 9:45 Morning Snack
9:45 - 10:15 Arts & Crafts or worksheet
10:15 -11:00 Outdoors (weather permitting)
11:00- 11:15 Reading Readiness Skills
11:15 - 11:30 Prep for Lunch (wash hands etc.)
11:30 - 12:00 Lunch
12:00 -12:30 Free Play
12:30 - 12:45 Story time
12:45 - 2:45 Nap Time
2:45 - 3:00 Afternoon Snack
3:00 - 3:15 Circle Time (singing, story, finger
plays, etc.)
3:15 - 4:30 Free Play until pick-up
(tabletop & enrichment activities, coloring,
dramatic play etc.)
