About Me
I have been happily married to a great guy now
for 24 years. We have an amazing 22 year-old daughter who is finishing
her 4th year of college; she will be starting pharmacy school this
fall!My education is
in Child Development and Early Childhood Education. Before opening a
licensed daycare in my home, I taught preschool at a center for 5
years. Anoka County Licensing requires that all providers
acquire a minimum of 8 hours of Early Childhood Development training
per year, but I strive to improve myself beyond the minimum. I
currently have 40 hours of training this year alone! I am CPR
and First-Aid-certified with the American Heart Association,
SIDS-certified, along with having a yearly background check on myself
and my family members.
